To empower all people to reach their full potential through education and training.

For Life Education & Training (NZ) Ltd is an organisation focused on empowering and supporting all people to consciously be in relationship with others. We provide a lens for looking at what it means to be connected with another and how we are able to learn regulation - the ability to understand, make sense of and respond to our world.  

With the latest scientific research in early brain development and attachment theory informing programme development, we aim to walk alongside all parents and caregivers to support them in nurturing children to grow into confident, self-regulating, resilient adults. 

Our philosophy is focused on the idea that learning occurs across all ages and stages of life. We aim to look not only at early brain development and the impact this has on the holistic development of infants and children, but to also look at how we can support parents and caregivers with growing their own personal effectiveness skills and emotional intelligence. Our education and training programmes focus on what it means to be self-regulated as an infant, a child, an adolescent and an adult.

For Life Education & Training exists to serve all parents and caregivers by offering ongoing education and training support that is strengths-based and focused on a strong vision for all children to be wired up for life through nurturing and loving relationships.

Erin Maloney
General Manager, For Life Education & Training

Erin has a background in teaching and learning as it applies to the early childhood, secondary and tertiary education sectors. She oversees the general operations of For Life Education & Training and her key areas of responsibility include training the trainers, relationship management and development of new education and training materials.

Amanda Fleming
Presenter at Large

Amanda is the Director of Presenter at Large Ltd and is contracted by For Life Education & Training to design and present training for our facilitators that focuses on the essence of facilitation and presentation. With over 20 years’ experience, Amanda and her business partner Jude Bondini are key advisors and a part of the teaching team, working with us to enhance personal and professional effectiveness and communication.

Judy Hunter
Childhood Matters NZ - Child Mental Health Specialist

Judy has her own business, Childhood Matters NZ, which focuses on training and consultation for the children's workforce on child mental health and wellbeing issues. She works closely with For Life Education & Training to inform the content of our programmes and quality assurance processes. She liaises with our facilitator team to ensure the delivery of programmes is informed by current research in the fields of early brain development and attachment theory.
