Designed especially to support early childhood coaches, leaders and Programme Co-ordinators, enrolling in this short course will support you to begin your adult education journey by achieving the Coaching Adult Learner(s) Unit Standard 7114 (Level 5, Version 4, 8 credits).  It will empower you to prepare coaching sessions for adult learners, taking their current competencies, the expected outcomes and timeframes to provide relevant and targeted coaching sessions. You will then deliver these coaching sessions, monitoring progress and tailoring them to meet individual needs and achieve agreed outcomes.
